Head Chef & owner of Cardamom, Mr Miah, has an obsession for cooking and serving exciting and delicious food.  In order for our customers to taste the distinct flavours and fragrances of the meal, he takes great care in creating each individual dish which means that the food will not be served as “fast food” but food that is created in the traditional Bangladeshi and South Indian style.  Taking great care to use his culinary expertise, he combines carefully selected freshly ground herbs and spices with different methods of cooking for mouth-watering taste.
